Common Problem 1: K-Cup Coffee and Tea Grounds Get into Your K-Cup Holder and Causes a Water Line Clog
Keurig Troubleshooting Solution: Remove or clean the needle that punctures the K-Cup Pod then do a small cup cleansing brew to clean out any residual. This will ensure any left-over debris is flushed out before you have you start your next brew.

Keurig Troubleshooting Solution:
- Turn off your machine and unplug it
- Detach the water reservoir
- Wait 5 seconds then repeat the steps 1 and 2
- Insert the water reservoir then press the menu button and when the “Not Ready” message appears lower handle
Common Problem 4: Blinking Blue Light in Water Reservoir
Keurig Troubleshooting Solution: Simply add more water to the reservoir. All K Cup Coffee Maker models need a minimum amount of water to activate the brewing process, so if you’re reservoir is low the machine will not start.

- Soak the entire filter in cold water for five seconds
- Place the filter at the bottom of the Water Handle Assembly

My Keurig is about 1.5 years old – when I turn the Keurig on, cold water runs out and is loading up water from the reservoir at the same time which continues until the reservoir is empty unless I shut it off. I let it run through until the reservoir was empty and it continues to try to pull water from the reservoir even when its empty. (I turned it off immediately at that point and unplugged it). That doesn’t seem like a good sign
water is in the reservoir and no coffee comes out. It may spit a little into the cup but that is it. I have removed the reservoir and put it back in but to no avail. It has overheated in the past and I shut it off for a couple of hours and it worked but not this time. Have not had coffee for a few days and I have tried it several times. I just got this in March. Not happy with this machine!
My Keurig will not brew when andy button size is pressed. As well solid light then stays on of the size cup just pressed. A buzzing/working noise emit from machine but no coffee from machine. What do I do to fix? Note: reservoir is full, not blinking light, cup size lights initially blink when machine turned on but turn solid and stay there when pressed.
