Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping is granted for orders totaling $85 or more AFTER any coupons or discounts are applied to the final price. The Free Shipping offer is not applicable to orders sent outside of the contiguous United States (Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for Free Shipping), and excludes any Express shipping option.
Super Saver with FedEx SmartPost / UPS SurePost
SmartPost by FedEx and SurePost by UPS are two services which allow us to provide Free Shipping for orders $85 and over. These programs involve a partnership between the respective aforementioned carriers and the United States Postal Service. Packages will be picked up by either FedEx or UPS, depending on origin, and delivered to the recipient's local U.S. Post Office. At this point delivery will be managed by USPS.
Our Standard Shipping Policy
Expedited shipping orders must be placed before noon EST to be processed that same day. It may take up to 48 hours to process an order. Please note this is not included when calculating estimated time of delivery. Standard orders for K-Cups sent within the contiguous US may take up to 5 business days to be delivered (weekends not included in this estimate). We are not able to send to Military/APO addresses at this time. Due to the varying nature of the products available on our website, which come from a number of sources, we are not able to guarantee or set a preference for where an order may originate. Customer service is not able to control where a product may ship from.
Please allow additional processing time for Coffee Brewers, Water Filters and other Machines. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure freshness, which may require additional processing time.

Orders under $20 will be assessed an additional handling fee of $1.95.
International ShippingAt this time we do not offer international shipping. We are working to be able to provide our coffee products on a larger scale and hope to have this option available soon.
