Common Problem 4: Blinking Blue Light in Water Reservoir

My Keurig machine which I purchased in December 2018 has now twice dispensed the entire tank of water> This has now happened twice and we have woken up to water everywhere on our counter and floors. Any suggestions on why this is happening? We are diligent about running a a water only cycle after every cup of coffee we make as well as cleaning the needles. I at the point of asking Bed Bath & Beyond for a refund and looking into alternatives if there is no solution to this.
Thanks
Rob
