I have had 6 keurigs over the years and always have had problems after a year or so with not making a full cup or no cup. Yes I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I love them except for the fact they do not last as long as other coffee makers and they are expensive. I have a large one for my home and the smaller one for the RV. I just bought another new one hoping testing has improved your product and hoping my one in the house keeps working. thank you
Hello; my Keurig is telling me to add water after I have pushed the brew button. The reservoir is full and the brewer has been rescaled recently. I also changed the water filter and checked for obstructions at the base of the reservoir..once you press the brew button, you can hear the water heater start but then there are five loud clicks followed by the add water light comes on;. Could this be the sensor in the filter housing?
We bought a 2.0 brand new and from day 1 when we hit the hot water dispense we are lucky if we get a full 2 ounces. really a hassle to use that feature for tea or anything else that requires just hot water. Can you tell me how to calibrate the pumps to get the intended 6 ounces of water.
