Keurig Troubleshooting Solution:
- Turn off your machine and unplug it
- Detach the water reservoir
- Wait 5 seconds then repeat the steps 1 and 2
- Insert the water reservoir then press the menu button and when the “Not Ready” message appears lower handle
Common Problem 4: Blinking Blue Light in Water Reservoir

What next to try?
Thank you
We have only had our keurig about 6 months. Only use filtered water and no matter what I do. It will not make a cup of coffee. We have tried the descale solution and vinegar. It just runs but never makes a cup of coffee. We have tried all the tricks. VERY disappointed in the expensive product
I am so disappointed in my new Keurig. The water or vinegar will not empty and it is only 5 months old. Called troubleshooting, but still doesn’t work. I have tried the procedures only to have no success. While following the directions of the consultant, I thought the parts looked cheap and likely to break easily.
all lights are on but the machine wont activate and make my great cup of coffee i tried white vinger no help what gives?
Was gonna brew a cup of coffee but my Keurig says not ready and won’t turn on or off I cleaned it but still nothing help!
